Bollinger ChampagneExtra-Brut R.D. 1996シャンパン750ml[ＡＯＣ］シャンパーニュ[評価］94点Tasted at the Bollinger RD vertical in Paris. The nose is more complex and less yeasty than the 1997 with limestone a touch of yellow plum and a hint of vanilla. The palate is full-bodied and very powerful much greater volume than the 1997 and in my opinion greater tension and vibrancy. Laser-sharp citrus fruits orange zest freshly cut lime and just a faint honeyed note towards the finish. This is a fabulous Bollinger RD with superb persistency certainly a long lasting Bollinger.
